| Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Quality Assurance department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for QA and IT Systems Management trainee position based in COF Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the CCBSA QA Manager. |
| Key Duties & Responsibilities | To develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality systems to ensure adherence to Quality standards for the Supply Chain. To manage and maintain the designated quality systems and standards. To support and assist customers in addressing and managing quality systems, process and product related issues in order to improve overall performance in quality and productivity.Participate and Facilitate Quality Focused Improvement. Compile and issue reports.Provided Quality Assurance support service as required. Assist with management of QA IT Systems (Achiever, Infinity). Delegated and monitored work activities.Develop and act as Custodian of Quality & Material Standards. Maintain Sugar Tax Certificates on Achiever and Dezmat.Managed own development and performance. |
| Skills, Experience & Education | QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBTech or 3 years Diploma in Food Technology or Science Degree5 Years quality control related experience in a FMCGMust have completed CAP in current role. KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES Computer knowledgeQuality control practices and principlesBottling principles and processes Product handling and knowledgeEffective Planning and Scheduling workTechnical ability to identify process improvement areasAnalytical thinking. Decision making. Problem solving. Auditing Skills. Good interpersonal skills .Proficient with advanced Excel/other coding skills as an advantage. |
