South Africa’s largest Contact Centre is recruiting Customer Service Agents for various campaigns within the organization.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- Grade 11/ Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
- Computer Literate and ability to speed type
- Ability to work rotational shifts/USA Hours
- A Clear Criminal/Credit Record
- Minimum of 6 months Customer Service Experience (Retail/Hospitality/Contact Centre)
- Must reside within the surrounding areas of Durban (Kwa-Zulu-Natal)
