Position Requirements
Grade 12 with typing as a subject or any other secretariat training course/ qualification that will enable the person to perform the work satisfactorily. Computer literate.
Responsibilities
Answer and screen telephone calls. Compile memoranda and presentations. Execute office and general administrative duties. Manage electronic document tracking system. Maintain diary and manage appointments. Acknowledge receipt of documents. Record and issue minutes. Arrange meetings/conferences/workshops with relevant stakeholders upon request. Make all transport arrangements for conferences, courses, meetings and hearings away from the office. Ensure submission of travel claims. Management of assets.
