MISSION: To provide industrial relations services to management and employees, by educating management and employees on policies, procedures, collective agreements, and relevant legislation,
as well as liaising with departments on training needs.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric (attach certified copy)
• National Diploma in Human Resources
Management: Labour Relations (attach certified
copy)
• Driving Licence – Code 8/B/EB (attach certified
copy)
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in a labour relations
environment.
Added Advantages

▪ Experience in Labour Litigation (CCMA and / or Labour
Court proceedings)
