Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking experienced and qualified individuals to fill the role of Shift Supervisor Production UG. This is a permanent position based in our Platinum Marikana operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure legal, operational, and standard compliance
- Conduct inspections and take corrective action
- Monitor environmental conditions and performances
- Investigate incidents and accidents
- Manage production administration and records
- Plan and execute production objectives
- Maintain quality working methods and sequences
Requirements:
- NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
- National Certificate Supervisor Operations (QCTO)
- DMR Blasting Certificate or recognized Mining Operations Level 2 and Rock Breaker Level 3
- Minimum 3 years mining experience at Miner level
- Medically fit to work in specific business area
