DUTIES : Oversee the development and maintenance of the Department’s IAR and ensure compliance with PFMA, GIAMA, GRAP and other relevant prescripts: Oversee the design and implementation of IAR policies and procedures. Address management assertions (completeness, existence, rights, valuations, presentation and disclosure). Ensure capitalisation, de-recognition, impairment and all other accounting for Immovable Assets is in compliance with the GRAP, PFMA and GIAMA requirements.
