EXPELLED MK LEADER HEADS TO ELECTORAL COURT IN BID TO BE REINSTATED
JOHANNESBURG – The MK Party made a good showing these elections but internal squabbles still plague the party.
Expelled leader Jabulani Khumalo is headed to the Electoral Court to be reinstated.
Khumalo claims he is the founder of the party and the one who registered it with the IEC.

But, he was expelled from his position as President and the party earlier this year.
The IEC then replaced him as party leader with former President Jacob Zuma.
Khumalo wants that decision declared invalid and unlawful.
He also wants the court to declare him as the President of the party with immediate effect.
