– Proactively promote Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members.
– Inform customers about promotions to drive sales.
– Act as a brand ambassador, offering friendly and professional service.
– Execute merchandising and housekeeping duties to uphold store standards.
– Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
Shop Assistant Cashier x25 Requirements
– Basic maths skills.
– Retail/FMCG background preferred.
– Understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
– Computer literacy.
– Grade 12 qualification essential.
– Desirable: Experience in customer-facing retail/FMCG roles.
– Desirable: Maths and English proficiency at Grade 12 level.
