Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Production Department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Team Leader Process Support role, which is based in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will report directly to the Unit Manager: Processing in Bloemfontein. KEY PURPOSE To lead and develop the team to manufacture and provide quality product and to maintain quality standards within process support in line with specified benchmark standards. |
Key Duties & Responsibilities | • Monitored and controlled equipment and process (syrup room, water treatment plant, CO2 facilities, refrigeration, boiler house and postmix) • Supported, coached and managed team members/relationships • Enforced and maintained SHE regulations and standards • Assessed candidates • Developed and monitored team goals • Planned / delegated and monitored work activities • Supported and implemented change interventions • Solved situational problems • Communicated manufacturing information • Controlled raw material usage. |
