Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Outputs and AccountabilitiesReview pricing claims submitted by the credit and/or sales team, for National Accounts, the Wholesaler Channel and Local Trade to identify issues of non-compliance and coordinate or facilitate the rectification of these.Monitor the B2B price report to identify price variances and engage with National Account Managers to rectify pricing issues and mitigate irrelevant claims.Analyse pricing claim trends and processes to identify, recommend, develop and implement controls which enables an optimal and streamlined pricing claim process.Build pricing claims capability within relevant areas of the business to reduce irrelevant manual discounts to the business.CompetenciesAction OrientedEnjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes more opportunities than others.Customer FocusIs dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.Directing OthersIs good at establishing clear directions; sets stretching objectives; distributes the workload appropriately; lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner; maintains two-way dialogue with others on work and results; brings out the best in people; is a clear communicator.KnowledgeStrong pricing claims background.Pricing, promotions and customer master data background
Skills, Experience & EducationQualifications and ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualification.At least 3-5 years’ experience working with pricing claims and debtors related queries.ERP system (SAP would be an advantage) experience.
