OPERATOR BLOCKAGES – REF: OPBL- JWEX366/2022
REMUNERATION: R223 404 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM
PURPOSE
Supervise a team of workers in the construction of works, daily clear and repair main blocked sewer lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Construct, operate and maintain the sewer reticulation systems in accordance with productivity norms, service standard and sewer reticulations. Unblock the manholes, Raise the manholes, Repair the channels, and Install new sewer connections. Conduct preventative/systematic cleaning of the sewer lines Clean site for disinfects.do backfilling and ensure all work is carried out within statutory safety conditions as laid down in the legislation. Supervise a team of workers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
• Grade 9 or ABET Level 4 (Literacy and Numeracy), NQF1
• 2 years relevant experience
• Code 10 Drivers License with PDP
